Reservation Information
Minimum stay
Minimum stay is 7 nights.
Rental Terms
50% of rent is due 30 days prior to check-in. Balance due at time of check-in.
Reservation/Security Deposit
A Reservation/Security deposit of $750.00 will reserve your dates. Deposit is refundable after checkout if house is left in same condition as upon occupancy.
Cleaning Service
Cleaning service will be provided once at the end of the rental period for a cost of $125. Cleaning service during your stay is available.
Pet Policy
No pets allowed for rental stays less than one month. For longer stays pets may be allowed upon approval. A pet cleaning fee of $195 applies.
Payment Methods Accepted
We accept personal checks and Credit Cards via PayPal.
Cancellation Policy
Rent money is non-refundable. We will work with you to try to reschedule your dates. However, if that does not work we will make every effort to re-rent the time spot you had and if it can be rented, you may have money refunded less $300 per week for re-rent charge. All cancellations must be submitted in writing.

Check-in time is 4:00pm
Check-out time is 11:00am
No Smoking policy
No smoking in the house.
